The UHV goniometer is a sample holder manipulator designed for very precise movements by 6-axis (three translations and three rotations). It is the perfect complement to analysis chambers since it provides, in addition to precise movements, a heating system of the sample up to 800 ° C (up to 1400°C wi th electron bombardment) and cooling to -180 ° C by li quid nitrogen.
